Client Services

We consider client services to be an art form. A formidable balance among client needs, strategic thinking and championing the creative work–and the occasional beer at our upstairs bar.

We believe that marketing will change more in the next 5 years than in the last 50. That doesn’t scare us; it excites us. We see the opportunities that lie ahead and can’t wait to be a part of them.

THE TOP RECRUITS

When it comes to a government services account, you need people who are well versed on the specific rules and regulations, not to mention the alphabet soup of acronyms. On the Army account, Ignited combined its own qualified staff with contracted military veterans to serve our Virtual Army Experience events across the country as well as the Army Experience Center in Philadelphia, Penn. In-house staff have a full breadth of knowledge on government contracts and one account director’s background is steeped in special ops and secret missions. We stay on his good side as rumor has it he can snap a neck in one motion.

NEXT-GEN PUBLIC SERVICE

Challenged to correct misconceptions about the U.S. Army and take their recruitment efforts into the 21st century, Ignited developed and staffed the Virtual Army Experience, a high-tech, team-based traveling experience designed to immerse visitors in the operational roles of Soldiers in the U.S. Army. This 19,500-sq.-ft. interactive exhibit brought the Army’s exceptionally popular computer game, America’s Army: Special Forces (Overmatch), to a life-size networked world, to provide visitors with a virtual test drive of Soldiering. To take the virtual and educational experience to another level, Ignited then created the world’s first Army Experience Center, a 14,500-sq.-ft. interactive learning facility that educated while it entertained. At the AEC, citizens were invited to learn about Army education programs, training, careers and much more. The message spread, and in just three months, more than 708 media outlets covered the AEC, generating more than 81 million media impressions.

For the U.S. Paralympics, we encouraged participation at affiliated local sports clubs with an inspired TV spot and a series of powerful print ads that broke through the clutter of traditional, emotionally charged PSAs. In addition to a stellar creative team, we assembled a veritable army of 3D artists, designers, producers, sound designers and motion graphics experts that spanned two continents to help bring our vision to life.
